The core technology and equipment used by BodyTalk are: AutoRobot's measuring system and PPG paint system.

Autorobot's measuring system
This bench is unique in the industry. Total-vehicle accessibility makes measuring of all structures - chassis, frame, suspension, under the hood, fenders, even the roof - easy and accurate. Modular components keep the system from being cumbersome and bulky, making it a snap to set up and store away. Lightweight aluminum beams clamped to the straightening bench on either side of the vehicle are the support for both the chassis measuring bridges and our unique upper body measuring arch.

The easily manoeuvrable bridges and arch glide smoothly on roller bearings, making effortless work of setting the measuring rods. It is the overhead measuring arch, moving freely over the entire length of the vehicle, that makes the Autorobot system a standout in the industry.
Autorobot is the most versatile straightening machine on the market. Equipped with central hydraulics, the seven double-action cylinders are operated electrically by hand-held remote control. Autorobot IV comes standard with four pulling towers. This efficient and productive setup straightens with or without chains, covering every repair situation.

Standard equipment also includes a horizontal robotic arm that can pull with grippers or push with a rubber plate in every direction inside the cabin. Also using the arm, direct upward or downward straightening is easy to do simply by lowering or raising the bench working height.

PPG paint system
PPG Paint system is used for all work along with PPG Quality System.

Other equipment
Among dozens of units of panel beating equipment and tools we should mention bronze MIG welder and flameless metal heater. These units allow us to do most complex repairs and produce excellent quality of repairs.
